I started my career in Real Estate over 20 years ago working for the nation’s largest title insurance and escrow company. During that time, I learned how to identify and mitigate issues that can arise in a transaction saving time and money for my clients.   From there became a certified 1031 exchange specialist assisting taxpayers in deferring gain on well over 1 Billion dollars in real property transactions.  Within my tenure as a certified 1031 specialist, I worked with and taught classes for hundreds of CPAs and Attorneys across the state of California.   In 2015 I became the Team leader and Chief Executive Officer of Keller Williams Realty Central Coast, covering all of San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara counties.  As my time as the CEO of Keller Williams and through coaching and training I doubled the size of the company and took us to #1 in market with a commanding lead.  

As a lifelong resident of the central coast I simply love living here.  It’s where I raised my three children, where I give back to my community through volunteer work with Family Care Network, Casa (Court Appointed Special Advocates for children) and Nature Corps, Boy scouts and the Food bank.  It’s a place that allows me to strive and achieve my major definite purposes, to:  help as many people as I can before I leave this earth.
